When you've reached the minimum cashout requirements all available funds in your main balance will become available to cashout.

There will be a $1.00 fee per cashout plus 2.9% of the cashout amount.
For example, a $1000.00 cashout will have a $29.18 fee ($28.18 + $1.00)
